The 2012 Board of Directors welcomes you to the Hidden Port Yacht Club. On our website you will find a bit of our background, and the role we play within the Loreto, Ligui, Nopolo and the other local communities. Please note that one of our new features will enable you to join or renew your memberships, purchase t-shirts, hats or burgees.
The yacht club, founded in 1993 with 36 members, has grown to become one of the largest civil associations in Baja.
The objectives of the Hidden Port Yacht Club are to promote boating in the area, provide financial and material assistance in education to the local school children and to charities in the Loreto area.
We hold the Loreto Fest every year to raise the funds to support these activities. We believe that all cruisers are stakeholders in the sea of Cortez and the national parks present within the sea and demonstrates that commitment with a bay clean up held yearly during the Loreto Fest.
