They are used for the DVD lending library. Rather than throw away Recycle they may placed in the drop box outside of the club house or in the DVD donation box in the club house. Note: our Skype account is a US number (it's a paid account, not a free account), so I'm assuming it behaves just as if you were calling from a phone in the US. If you use one of the free Skype accounts, can't promise it works the same. Dial 011-52-1, then the entire Mexican cell number (10 digits). To dial a Mexican landline phone from this same Skype account, it's just 011-52, then the number including area code (10 digits) Hoping others with phone-dialing tips can contribute and we can get a fool-proof list for reference here.
